January 22, 2019 – Firm partner Kaarin Nelson Schaffer was published in the January/February 2019 issue of the Nevada Justice Association’s (NJA) Advocate magazine. The NJA is an organization of lawyers who represent consumers and work to improve the civil justice system. The article, “Should You Take an Employment Case?,” originally ran in Minnesota Trial in late 2018.
