September 5, 2017 – Settlement checks in the matter of Rehberg et al. v. Flowers Baking Co. of Jamestown (North Carolina) were mailed to distributors by standard U.S. Mail on or around August 30, 2017. Distributors should expect to receive their settlement checks the week of September 4, 2017, or shortly thereafter. Distributors who do not receive their checks by that time should contact the Settlement Administrator at 1-855-230-9339.

In addition, distributors will receive new distributor agreements directly from Flowers Jamestown in the near future. Questions about the new agreements should be made to the company.
