July 27, 2017 – Firm partner Frances Baillon joined a panel of employment law leaders and practitioners to discuss workplace bullying, an increasingly important issue affecting employees and employers alike. Frances joined attorneys Sheila Engelmeier and Jessica Roe and Commissioner Kevin Lindsey of the Minnesota Department of Human Rights for an in-depth look at the state of the law, practical advice for handling bullying cases and a look at what’s on the horizon legislatively in Minnesota and elsewhere. The panel discussion took place at the Minnesota Continuing Legal Education Center in downtown Minneapolis.
