August 10, 2017 – Firm partner Shawn Wanta participated in a panel-led discussion about electronic discovery for solo and small firm practitioners at the 2017 Strategic Solutions for Solo and Small Firms Conference. Shawn joined attorney Brian Clark in this CLE presentation to share his knowledge and litigation experience and provide practical, hands-on e-discovery advice to solo and small firm attorneys for use in improving their e-discovery practices and processes. Shawn and Brian discussed basic principles and practices for inexpensive and efficient document collection, self-directed and cost-effective e-discovery processing, review, and production tools, and other practical issues practitioners may encounter in their everyday practice.
