Tara Donnelly

Tara Donnelly brings a strong background in customer service and office management, with more than 15 years working across a diverse set different industries. Her experience in fast-paced environments has made her both adaptable and steady under pressure—skills that serve her well in supporting our team and clients.

At the core of her work is a belief in equity and accountability—values that align closely with Wanta Thome’s mission and culture. Tara is known for her clear-headed approach to problem-solving and her ability to build strong, trusting relationships, skills that translate well and make her an effective office manager.

Outside of work, Tara is always exploring something new. She spends time kayaking on the St. Croix River, checking out local farmers markets, and diving into creative hobbies—from experimenting in the kitchen to crafting cocktails or taking a new class. She’s also an active volunteer, having contributed time to organizations like the Special Olympics of Minnesota and the Minnesota Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. One of her favorite personal milestones: a month-long solo backpacking trip through Thailand in 2023.
