Outside of work, Tara is always exploring something new. She spends time kayaking on the St. Croix River, checking out local farmers markets, and diving into creative hobbies—from experimenting in the kitchen to crafting cocktails or taking a new class. She’s also an active volunteer, having contributed time to organizations like the Special Olympics of Minnesota and the Minnesota Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. One of her favorite personal milestones: a month-long solo backpacking trip through Thailand in 2023.
