Client Communication Maestro:

  • Be the warm voice on the phone, ensuring every call is answered promptly with a smile in your tone. 
  • Guide new potential clients, making them feel welcome and assigning them to the right team member. 
  • Provide information and assistance, sharing insights about our services, policies, and procedures with finesse. 
  • Welcome office visitors with warmth and courtesy, making their first impression unforgettable. 
  • Go the extra mile by assisting office visitors with various needs, from document scanning to making copies. 
  • Be our gift-giving genius, making each client feel like the only one. 
  • Answer and funnel client phone queries related to our services 

Administrative Virtuoso

  • Champion data consistency and integrity in HubSpot, showcasing your attention to detail. 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail with finesse, ensuring documents are seamlessly filed in our electronic system. 
  • Take charge of data auditing, with a focus on accuracy and integrity, supporting our strategic decision-making. 
  • Take charge of opening and closing client files, maintaining an impeccable client database. 
  • Assist in document preparation and correspondence as needed, showcasing your versatility and initiative. 
  • Support mission critical projects from the shadows, making success look effortless. 
  • Organize digital files with unmatched precision, keeping our digital archives in perfect order. 

Office Space Dynamo

  • Maintain our office as a beacon of pride and productivity, setting industry standards. 
  • Master the art of office supply management, ensuring we’re always well-equipped. 
  • Coordinate conference rooms and assist in planning firm meetings and events. 

Our requirements are straightforward

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations or client service role. 
  • Have a knack for client interaction, making every experience count.

Compensation 

$20.00–$23.00 per hour 

Schedule 

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), morning (8:30am – 1:30pm) and afternoon (1:30pm-5:30pm) shifts
