Key Responsibilities

The Intake Paralegal is pivotal in optimizing our law firm’s initial client engagement, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from the first point of contact to case acceptance. Working closely with our intake and litigation teams, you will leverage both legal knowledge and advanced technology tools to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Prospective Client Engagement

Employ our standardized intake procedures to screen and prioritize inquiries, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to consultation.

Document Management

Facilitate the secure submission and analysis of client documents, utilizing cutting-edge technology to prepare cases for evaluation.

Case Assessment

Play a key role in the preliminary evaluation of potential cases, applying your legal expertise to determine fit and viability.

Client Coordination

Ensure timely follow-ups and coordinate effectively with the litigation team to advance qualified cases.

Process Optimization

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our intake processes, incorporating feedback and analytics to boost efficiency and satisfaction.

Technology Mastery

Utilize AI and CRM tools, such as HubSpot, to streamline operations and enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

Law degree from an accredited institution.
Experience in a law firm setting, preferably with direct involvement in client intake processes.
Proficiency in English and Spanish, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse clientele.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing complex information.
Technologically savvy, with experience in CRM tools and document management systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in clear, understandable terms.
