Prior to joining Wanta Thome, Curtis gained invaluable experience as an  Equal Opportunity Associate at the University of Minnesota  and as an Employment Litigation Associate at SouthBank Legal in Indiana. These roles allowed him to develop a deep understanding of organizational behavior and workplace dynamics, further strengthening his ability to navigate complex employment disputes effectively.

Curtis’s academic background allows him valuable insight into his work as an advocate. A Notre Dame Law School graduate, Curtis is renowned for his exceptional advocacy skills, having earned a Best Speaker award in appellate advocacy during his studies. In addition, Curtis earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, providing him with a unique and comprehensive perspective of the nuances involved in employment law matters.
