Navarro and Baillon Present on Sexual Harassment at Mitchell Hamline
November 25, 2019 – Last week, Frances Baillon and Cassie Navarro presented on workplace conduct at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law Alumni CLE Series. Entitled, “Wait…That Happened at Work?: How Sexual Harassment and Inappropriate Workplace Become Actionable,” the CLE explored when and how employees cross the line from inappropriate to actionable under state and federal law.

Frances Baillon is a founding partner of Wanta Thome PLC and an MSBA Certified Employment Law Specialist. She represents employees who’ve experienced sexual harassment, gender discrimination and other forms of unlawful discrimination, harassment and retaliation and has represented over a hundred employees in mediations and settlement negotiations.
Cassie Navarro exclusively represents individuals facing workplace discrimination, retaliation and harassment. She is a summa cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and has presented and taught on matters relating to employment discrimination and unlawful harassment.
