Entitled, “Wait…That Happened at Work?: When Inappropriate Workplace Conduct Becomes Actionable,” this CLE will explore when and how employees and employers cross the line from irritating to actionable under state and federal law.

      Frances Baillon is a founding partner of Wanta Thome PLC and represents employees facing workplace sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and unlawful termination.
