Super Lawyers has recognized six of our attorneys as Super Lawyers and Rising Stars. Each year, Super Lawyers identifies top legal talent based on their professional achievements and peer recognition in various areas of the law. The Super Lawyer distinction is awarded to only 5% of practicing lawyers in Minnesota, while no more than 2.5% of practicing attorneys in state are named Rising Stars.

For their work in plaintiff’s employment law, attorneys Joni Thome, Frances Baillon and Chris Jozwiak have been recognized as Super Lawyers. This distinction is awarded to only 5% of practicing lawyers in the state of Minnesota. This year, Thome was also named one of Minnesota’s exclusive list of the Top 50 Women Super Lawyers, while Baillon and Jozwiak were certified as Labor and Employment Law Specialists by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Super Lawyers also recognized Rising Stars – attorneys who have been in practice for less than 10 years or are younger than 40. Impressively, no more than 2.5% of practicing attorneys in Minnesota are named Rising Stars. Attorneys Matthew Nolan, Daniel Leland, and Shawn Wanta have been recognized as 2014 Rising Stars. Nolan and Leland have been recognized for their work representing plaintiffs in employment law cases, and Wanta as a leading class action attorney.
