Adams Presents on Non-Compete Agreements at Business Law Institute

May 8, 2018 – Firm attorney Jerri Adams presented at the 2018 Business Law Institute on the “Use and Enforcement of Non-Compete and Confidentiality Agreements.”

May 8, 2018 – Yesterday, firm attorney Jerri Adams presented at the 2018 Business Law Institute on the topic of “Use and Enforcement of Non-Compete and Confidentiality Agreements.” The CLE explored the nature of non-compete agreements and confidentiality agreements in the employment context and included a discussion about when these covenants are appropriate, the restrictions courts place on them and drafting tips for practitioners. Jerri presented alongside Tom Marshall of Engelmeier & Umanah. The Institute is a two-day seminar for the business law community and takes place annually at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center in downtown Minneapolis.
