Baillon Presents at MDLA Employment Law Committee Meeting
Yesterday, firm partner Frances Baillon presented at the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association (MDLA) Employment Law Committee meeting alongside Phil Kitzer of Kitzer Rochel PLLP. Baillon and Kitzer discussed developments in recent case law and examined how these changes affect employee-side pleadings, litigation, and case value.
Founded in 1963, the MDLA is an organization dedicated to providing educational and professional development to lawyers engaging primarily in the defense and trial of civil disputes. MDLA’s Employment Law Committee regularly invites employee-side attorneys to discuss their unique perspectives on emerging employment case law.
